I recently placed an order to give as gifts for my family and, at the same time, ordered items for myself as well. As Lebanese -American we love the flavor and Za'Tar seasoning.
I wanted to respectfully share some feedback regarding the Spicy Pita Chips. In my opinion, the heat level is quite intense, to the point that it overtakes the flavor of the za’atar. Unfortunately, the spice and/or hot seasoning used was actually caustic on my mouth, making the pita chips difficult for us to enjoy.
May I respectfully suggest toning down the hot seasoning slightly—adding just enough to preserve the spicy element while still allowing the za’atar flavor to shine through? I believe this adjustment could enhance the overall balance and appeal for many customers.
Sadly, my husband and I were unable to eat the spicy pita chips, but we truly appreciate the quality and care that goes into your products and wanted to offer this feedback in the spirit of support. Sah'Tein!
