Tradition you can Taste.
Crunch into pita chips baked the Lebanese-Syrian way—light, crisp, full of flavor. We season with
real za’atar or pure sea salt. All natural premium ingredients. No shortcuts. Just recipes & flavors passed down for generations.
As Lebanese-American mom of three, I wanted my children to have the same wholesome taste I grew
up with. Now I share it with you - real snacks, rooted in heritage, made to gather around and enjoy.

Our Za'atar
Hand-harvested, sun-dried, never processed; our za’atar blend features the real za’atar herb, perfectly paired with sumac, sesame, and salt. Sourced from a women co-owned and operated business in Lebanon, it’s authenticity you can taste.

Our Oil
Pure High Oleic sunflower oil, Expeller Pressed, Non-GMO Verified, proudly sourced through a Women-Owned partner. Packed with monounsaturated fats and Vitamin E, used carefully and never exposed to heat. Our pita chips stay wholesome always twice-baked, never fried.
Our Journey
From a childhood love of Za'atar to an all-women production and fulfillment team, servicing our products to over 2,000 doors nationwide

As a Lebanese-American, Tina grew up cherishing mornings in her parents’ village; za’atar manaeesh (flatbread) freshly baked, crispy pita chips, and earthy, savory unforgettable flavors.

Every trip ended the same way: suitcases stuffed with za’atar for friends and family. Tina remembers it fondly, “Our clothing would smell like za’atar for weeks!”

In 2019, Tina noticed za’atar showing up in Cleveland restaurants, its flavor catching on fast. But the bold, premium blends Tina grew up with were nowhere to be found; not locally or online.

In 2020, Tina launched Terranean to share flavors she loved with family, community, and beyond. She started with za’atar shakers and olive oil spreads, soon adding her award-winning pita chips.

What began in Tina’s Bay Village kitchen has grown into a 5,000 sq ft facility, all-women team of ten - baking, packing, and shipping snacks to families nationwide!
