At Terranean, we are committed to delivering high-quality, delicious products and excellent customer service. Because our items are perishable food products, we do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order—such as it arriving damaged, incorrect, or not meeting your expectations—please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@terraneanherbs.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested to help us evaluate the situation.
Refunds or replacements will be offered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
We are not responsible for:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@terraneanherbs.com
