Hummus Bowl with Za'atar Pita Chips
Ingredients:
1½ cups hummus (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup cooked chicken shawarma, sliced or shredded
¼ cup pickled turnips
¼ cup pickles
1 small tomato
1 tablespoon olive oil
Terranean zaatar pita chips
Instructions:

Prepare the Base:

Spread the hummus into a wide bowl or plate, using the back of a spoon to create swirls.

Add the Toppings:

Arrange the chicken shawarma, diced pickled turnips, diced pickles, and diced tomato over the hummus.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Serve with plenty of zaatar pita chips on the side for dipping!
