Hummus Bowl with Za'atar Pita Chips

Ingredients:

1½ cups hummus (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked chicken shawarma, sliced or shredded

¼ cup pickled turnips

¼ cup pickles

1 small tomato

1 tablespoon olive oil

Terranean zaatar pita chips


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:

    • Spread the hummus into a wide bowl or plate, using the back of a spoon to create swirls.

  2. Add the Toppings:

    • Arrange the chicken shawarma, diced pickled turnips, diced pickles, and diced tomato over the hummus.

    • Drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Serve:

    • Serve with plenty of zaatar pita chips on the side for dipping!
