Zaatar Pita Roll with Crunch
Ingredients:
1 large pita bread
2-3 tablespoons of Original or Spicy Terranean Zaatar Spread
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1 small tomato, thinly sliced
2-3 tablespoons labneh (or Greek yogurt)
Terranean pita chips, crushed
Instructions:
- Spread the Flavor: Lay the pita bread flat and generously spread the Terranean Original Zaatar Spread over the entire surface.
- Layer the Freshness: Add a layer of sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and a dollop of creamy labneh.
