Recipe: Za’atar Fried Eggs

INGREDIENTS
- 6-8 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil
- Terranean Herbs & Spices za’atar
- Terranean Herbs & Spices sumac
- Sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Crack eggs into a bowl and begin to heat oil in a deep pan until glistening on medium high.
- Once the oil is glistening, pour eggs into the pan.
- Allow the eggs to cook and then give the pan a twirl so the uncooked parts of the eggs spread out.
- Do this a few times in between adding the lid and lowering the heat to medium low.
- Cook the eggs until the yolks are almost fully cooked through.
- Garnish with Terranean Herbs & Spices za’atar, sumac, and sea salt to taste.
- Remove from heat, plate, and serve! We love them with pita bread to scoop up all the goodness!
