  • 2 cucumbers, diced
  • ½ cup diced grape tomatoes, can substitute other tomatoes 
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, shredded
  • ½ cup labneh
  • Terranean Herbs & Spices za’atar
  • Terranean Herbs & Spices [Sea Salt Pita Chips]


  1. Combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, and eggs together. 
  2. Top with the labneh and za’atar, mixing until combined.
  3. Portion into ramekins.
