INGREDIENTS
- 2 cucumbers, diced
- ½ cup diced grape tomatoes, can substitute other tomatoes
- 3 hard boiled eggs, shredded
- ½ cup labneh
- Terranean Herbs & Spices za’atar
- Terranean Herbs & Spices [Sea Salt Pita Chips]
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, and eggs together.
- Top with the labneh and za’atar, mixing until combined.
