Recipe: Air-Fryer Za’atar Halloumi Bites

  • 1 package halloumi cheese
  • 1-2 eggs
  • Black pepper
  • Bread crumbs 
  • Terranean Herbs & Spices za’atar
  • Extra virgin olive oil  


  1. Slice the halloumi into cubes or pieces, depending on your preference. 
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, adding the black pepper. Beat well. 
  3. Mix bread crumbs into your za’atar until it seems like it will adhere with a thick enough texture. 
  4. Dip the halloumi in the egg mixture, then dip it into the za’atar mixture. Place in the air-fryer. 
  5. Once all your pieces are coated and completed, air fry for 10-15 minutes at 400 Fahrenheit. 
  6. Serve and enjoy!
