Recipe: Air-Fryer Za’atar Halloumi Bites

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package halloumi cheese
- 1-2 eggs
- Black pepper
- Bread crumbs
- Terranean Herbs & Spices za’atar
- Extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the halloumi into cubes or pieces, depending on your preference.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, adding the black pepper. Beat well.
- Mix bread crumbs into your za’atar until it seems like it will adhere with a thick enough texture.
- Dip the halloumi in the egg mixture, then dip it into the za’atar mixture. Place in the air-fryer.
- Once all your pieces are coated and completed, air fry for 10-15 minutes at 400 Fahrenheit.
