Ingredients:

4-5 Honeycrisp apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Topping:
1 cup Terranean Cinnamon Pita Chips, blended into fine crumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (for a crumblier texture)
Instructions:

Prepare the Apples:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with cinnamon, lemon zest, lemon juice, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well coated.
