Recipe: Za’atar and Sumac Roasted Carrots
A gorgeous side dish that comes together perfectly with the sweetness of roasted carrots, herby [za’atar], and a [sumac]-led tang. INGREDIENT
- 15 rainbow carrots

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salt, to taste

3 tbsp Terranean Herbs & Spices za’atar

1.5 tbsp Terranean Herbs & Spices sumac
INSTRUCTIONS

Ensure the carrots are rinsed and dried. Place in a medium boil, adding the oil, za’atar, salt, and sumac together. Combine till coated.

For air-fryer: cook for 20 minutes at 390 Fahrenheit, shaking the basket every five minutes to ensure even cooking.

For the oven: bake for 30 minutes at 425 Fahrenheit, turning halfway through.
