Beef Shawarma Terranean Pita Chip Nachos

Ingredients:

Terranean Sea Salt Pita Chips

1/2 pound beef shawarma, cooked and sliced

1/4 cup tahini lemon dressing (recipe below)

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

1/4 cup pickled turnips, sliced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced

Tahini Lemon Dressing:

1/4 cup tahini

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2-3 tablespoons water (adjust for desired consistency)

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dressing: Whisk together tahini, lemon juice, water, minced garlic, salt, and cumin (if using) until smooth and creamy. Adjust water for desired consistency.

  2. Layer the Nachos: Spread the Terranean Sea Salt Pita Chips on a large serving platter. Top with the warm beef shawarma, lettuce, pickled turnips, pickles, tomatoes, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.

  3. Drizzle and Serve: Drizzle generously with the tahini lemon dressing and serve immediately.
