Caprese Sliders with Za'atar Pita Chips
Ingredients:
4 slider rolls or mini brioche buns
4 slices fresh mozzarella
1 tomato, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
4 Terranean zaatar pita chips
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions:

Toast the Sliders:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the rolls in half and place on a baking sheet, cut side up.

Top each bottom half with a slice of mozzarella.

Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Assemble the Sliders:

Remove from the oven and immediately top each with a slice of tomato, a basil leaf, and one whole za'atar pita chip.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Serve:

Close the sliders with the top half of the rolls and serve warm!
