Caprese Sliders with Za'atar Pita Chips

Ingredients:

4 slider rolls or mini brioche buns

4 slices fresh mozzarella

1 tomato, sliced

Fresh basil leaves

4 Terranean zaatar pita chips

Balsamic glaze, for drizzling


Instructions:

  1. Toast the Sliders:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Slice the rolls in half and place on a baking sheet, cut side up.

    • Top each bottom half with a slice of mozzarella.

    • Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  2. Assemble the Sliders:

    • Remove from the oven and immediately top each with a slice of tomato, a basil leaf, and one whole za'atar pita chip.

    • Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

  3. Serve:

    • Close the sliders with the top half of the rolls and serve warm!
