Recipe: 5 Minute Za’atar Spread Labneh Snack Wraps

Quick and simple, this nutritious snack wrap recipe features our Terranean Herbs & Spices pita chips and za’atar spread. INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cucumber, sliced into quarters or halves. 
  • Olives of your choice, cut into halves 
  • 2 grape tomatoes, sliced lengthwise 
  • 1 cup labneh
  • 2 tbsp Terranean Herbs & Spices Za’atar Spread
  • 1 handful Terranean Herbs & Spices Twice-Baked Za’atar Pita Chips
  • 1 pita bread, split into half pockets

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Split the pita bread across the side seams and prepare the vegetable and fruit ingredients. 
  2. Spread the labneh across the center of the half pita, using the back of a spoon to ensure it forms a base for the remaining ingredients to adhere to. 
  3. Drizzle the za’atar spread down the center of the labneh. 
  4. Place the tomatoes vertically across one side of the za’atar spread. 
  5. Add the olives next to the tomatoes. 
  6. Add the cucumbers farther on the other side of the labneh. 
  7. After placing the za’atar chips on the cucumbers and crush using your hands. 
  8. Place the remaining pita half on top of the bread, roll, and slice into halves. 
  9. Serve and enjoy!
