Recipe: 5 Minute Za’atar Spread Labneh Snack Wraps

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cucumber, sliced into quarters or halves.
- Olives of your choice, cut into halves
- 2 grape tomatoes, sliced lengthwise
- 1 cup labneh
- 2 tbsp Terranean Herbs & Spices Za’atar Spread
- 1 handful Terranean Herbs & Spices Twice-Baked Za’atar Pita Chips
- 1 pita bread, split into half pockets
INSTRUCTIONS
- Split the pita bread across the side seams and prepare the vegetable and fruit ingredients.
- Spread the labneh across the center of the half pita, using the back of a spoon to ensure it forms a base for the remaining ingredients to adhere to.
- Drizzle the za’atar spread down the center of the labneh.
- Place the tomatoes vertically across one side of the za’atar spread.
- Add the olives next to the tomatoes.
- Add the cucumbers farther on the other side of the labneh.
- After placing the za’atar chips on the cucumbers and crush using your hands.
- Place the remaining pita half on top of the bread, roll, and slice into halves.
- Serve and enjoy!
