Terranean Crunch Turkey Sandwich
Ingredients:
Baguette or 2 slices of bread
4-6 slices turkey breast
2 slices Colby Jack cheese
1 tomato, sliced
1-2 lettuce leaves
2-3 slices red onion
Terranean pita chips, crushed
Instructions:
1. Toast and Melt: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Layer the turkey slices and Colby Jack cheese onto the bread slices. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the bread are golden.
2. Assemble the Sandwich: Add the tomato slices, lettuce, and red onion to the toasted bread.
3. Top with a Crunch: Sprinkle the crushed Terranean pita chips over the sandwich for an extra burst of flavor and satisfying crunch.
