Recipe: Za’atar Roasted Chickpeas

A healthy, protein-filled snack or addition to any meal. Chickpeas are full of fiber and our [Lebanese za’atar] adds a kick of flavor that makes for a delicious combination.   • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Terranean Herbs & Spices Lebanese za’atar, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit.

  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chickpeas, tossing to evenly coat.

  3. Sprinkle za’atar to taste, tossing so that each chickpea is covered.

  4. Arrange on a baking pan in a single layer and place in the oven.

  5. Bake until lightly golden brown, 15 to 25 minutes.
