Recipe: Za’atar Roasted Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Terranean Herbs & Spices Lebanese za’atar, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit.

Drizzle olive oil over the chickpeas, tossing to evenly coat.

Sprinkle za’atar to taste, tossing so that each chickpea is covered.

Arrange on a baking pan in a single layer and place in the oven.

Bake until lightly golden brown, 15 to 25 minutes.
