Recipe: Za’atar Avocado Toast
The breakfast staple recipe gets a little herbier with our version! Enjoy the flavors of the Mediterranean with aromatic [za’atar], peppery arugula, tangy tomatoes, and polyphenol-filled olive oil with the balancing richness of avocado for a creamy, delicious breakfast. INGREDIENTS

Sliced, toasted crusty bread

1 ripe avocado

Grape tomatoes
-
A handful of arugula
-
Terranean Herbs & Spices za’atar, to taste

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Mash the avocado in a bowl, adding in salt, pepper, and za’atar.

Spread the avocado mixture over your toasts.

Chop grape tomatoes in half and place over the toasts.

Add arugula over top of the toasts.

Drizzle the olive oil and enjoy!
