Recipe: Za’atar French Bread Loaf

Lebanon meets France in this easy recipe. We love this effortless bread served with Akawi cheese or as an easy way to take sandwiches to the next level. You’ll have to stop yourself from dunking each [za’atar]-covered slice into olive oil! You can also view this recipe on Instagram.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 loaf French bread, cut evenly into slices

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Terranean Herbs & Spices za’atar

    INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit.

  2. Mix the olive oil and za’atar until you have enough of the mixture to evenly stuff and

    spread around on top of and inside the loaf of bread.

  3. Spread the mixture.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Let cool, serve and enjoy: we love it with fresh vegetables, labneh, and Akawi cheese for

    a quick, easy, and healthy meal!
